can i cancel my order?

Cancellation will not be permitted after 24 hours of closing the shop.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If your print arrives damaged or with items missing, we will replace it free of charge up to 14 days from receiving your package. Please send us photos of the damage sustained so that we may file an insurance claim with USPS. We will supply you with a return label and you can send back the order in the same packaging.

what is your policy?

If you do not respond after 14 days from our last attempt to resolve a shipping/order issue, your order will be cancelled and not eligible for a refund.
